We guide families through the entire immigrant visa process, from petition to NVC steps and consular interview preparation.

Immigration Visas

We specialize in guiding families through every stage of the immigrant visa process, from petition filing to the completion of the six steps for the National Visa Center (NVC) and preparation for the consular interview.
There was a case received by the NVC in 2019, but the client was unable to complete the six steps on their own. In March 2024, it has been REINSTATED AND SUCCESSFULLY APPROVED, and we have also managed to add their dependent, who was born in 2021.
With experience supporting cases such as spousal and family-based petitions, we are dedicated to helping clients reunite with their loved ones and achieve their dream of living together in the United States.
Whether you are just starting your immigration journey or need help completing a pending case, we provide personalized, reliable, and compassionate support every step of the way.

Spouse of a U.S. Citizen

The National Visa Center (NVC) completed processing an immigrant visa application for the wife of a U.S. citizen and a visa interview was scheduled at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in Managua, Nicaragua.
Under visa category, IR1, an immigrant visa can be acquired for the spouse of a U.S. citizen who has been married to that citizen for at least two years at the time of the visa interview.
If you're married to a U.S. citizen and need help with your visa application, we're here to assist you!

Certain Family of Lawful Permanent Residents

A mother residing in the United States has obtained immigrant visa approval for her daughter and grandson. This is a big step toward family reunification, and we are very happy to have been able to assist in this important process.
F2A and F2B visas are family-sponsored U.S. immigrant visas for the children and spouses of lawful permanent residents. The F2A visa is for spouses and unmarried children under 21, while the F2B visa is for unmarried adult children aged 21 or older.
If you need help with immigration procedures or have questions about how to start a similar process, we are here to support you.

Certain Family of U.S. Citizens

A U.S. citizen has taken a big step toward reuniting with her mother in the United States, under category IR5. The case has been officially documented and approved by the NVC, and is now awaiting an interview at the U.S. Embassy in Cuba.
These are the moments that motivate us: helping families stay together and accompanying them through every stage of the immigration process.
If you are thinking about petitioning your parents or have already started the process and need help, I am here to support you with experience, empathy, and commitment.

Tourism

A tourism visa, or B-2 visitor visa, allows foreign travelers to enter the United States temporarily for tourism, vacation, visiting friends or family, or receiving short-term medical treatment.
Each case is unique, and the process begins here with the DS-160 application form for nonimmigrant visas.
